» Yes! However, it's important to keep in mind that the beginner stage looks different for everyone. I want to offer you full support, so if there is any exercise that's not accessible for you, you can write me an email and I will offer some other options.


I can already do advanced poses like splits, is this going to be beneficial?

» Oh yes! With this program you will focus on strengthening your end range of motion in order to fully control these advanced poses and avoid injuries.


Do I have to start the program immediately?
